1 box box angel food cake mix
1 (20-oz) can unsweetened crushed pineapple with juice
FROSTING:
1 small box sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8-oz) can unsweetened crushed pineapple with juice
8 ounces fat-free whipped topping
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cake mix and pineapple in large bowl just until cake mix is moist.
Bake in a greased 9x13" pan on center rack for 25-35 minutes. Let cool.
FROSTING: Mix dry pudding, pineapple and juice and whipped topping together and spread over cooled cake.
